We do not represent you legaly in any transaction, our sole function is to act as a professional consultant to you, in the house selling process.

| What does it cost? |
Our FSBO consulting services have two pricing models. You can hire us by the hour, or you can purchase our
all inclusive "Until Sold" package. Our hourly rates are $50. with a minumum three hour initial consult. Our legal forms package is
available for $20. This package contains all the legal documents needed by North Carolina to sell your house, with instructions.
With our Until Sold package, you will have business hour access via email and telephone of your own personal FSBO consultant. Also included with
the Until Sold package are all legal documents you will need to sell your house in North Carolina. This Until Sold package is $750.
